Welcome to RAVA Ceramics ("Site," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Site and services like online sales, workshops, and inquiries. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use it. We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance.

Use of Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, such as browsing or purchasing ceramics. Prohibited: copying content, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial use. All text, images, and designs are our property or licensed, personal use only, no resale.

Orders and Payments

  • Product descriptions are accurate but not guarantees; colors may vary due to screens/clay firing.

  • Prices exclude shipping/VAT (NL 21% standard, 9% for art pieces); full payment at checkout.

  • No cancellations post-shipment; returns within 14 days (unopened, shipping paid by you) per EU consumer law.

  • We ship via PostNL; delays aren't our liability.

Workshops and Events

Registrations are binding; no refunds within 7 days. Liability limited to ticket price; follow safety rules or we may remove you.

Intellectual Property

Our ceramics designs, photos, and brand (RAVA Ceramics, Damla Aygun) are protected. You grant us a license to use your submitted photos/reviews.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Site "as is." No warranties for interruptions, errors, or product satisfaction. Liability capped at purchase price; not for indirect damages.

Governing Law

Dutch law applies; disputes via Amsterdam courts or online via EU ODR platform.
