Pieces can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Please consider there might be differences between items because they are handmade, and it is sometimes not possible to capture every detail in the photo. You are always welcome to collect your pieces in the studio if you want to see them before buying. Please do not forget this is a one-woman business and shipping, packaging, and returns take a huge amount of time and energy. You will need to cover return shipping costs.

Each RAVA piece is made from durable stoneware, created to be lived with and enjoyed.
For sculptural pieces: Only clean their dust with a damp cloth.
For functional pieces:
All tableware pieces are food safe.
Stoneware is strong, but like all ceramics, it appreciates mindful handling.
Unglazed surfaces may deepen slightly in color over time.
Light marks from cutlery are normal with daily use.
Microwave and oven safe, but avoid sudden temperature changes (such as direct flame or placing into a preheated oven) to prevent cracking.
Dishwasher safe on a low setting, though hand washing will best preserve the surface.
Use non-abrasive detergents or cleansers. Dry thoroughly before storing.

Sometimes I make individual pieces, and they sell very quickly. You can follow my Instagram @ravaceramics and turn on notifications to catch them.
Collections restock irregularly, a few times a year. Join the email list to get notified.

You can change your workshop booking up to one week before the scheduled workshop date, subject to availability. If you need a change, please message or email me as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made during the final week before the workshop. Studio RAVA workshops are intentionally small, and I prepare materials, plan the session, and organise my studio time in advance. As an independent artist working in a small studio, having this certainty helps me create a thoughtful experience for everyone attending.
Thank you for understanding.
